Todd Kavanagh graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication in 1994. During his time at the University, he gained valuable customer service experience with United Parcel Service. Subsequently, he went on to market sales and personal development courses for Dale Carnegie Training, one of the premier Professional Development companies in the U.S. After 27 years in Southern California, he permanently relocated to North Idaho in 1998. Following in his Father’s footsteps as a real estate broker, Todd became actively licensed with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty in November 2001. During his 20-year career with Coldwell Banker, Todd earned his Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation in 2012 and has since become an Associate Broker in both Idaho & Washington. He specializes in helping buyers and sellers of new and existing residential neighborhood homes, residential properties on acreage and vacant land. As a Certified Pre-License Instructor, Todd’s goal is to pass on his experience from hundreds of closed real estate transactions to the next generation of licensees!
Jim is an Idaho state certified Real Estate Instructor who has had a varied real estate career. After graduating from Washington State University, Jim spent 10 years as a real estate brokerage Branch Manager and Designated Broker. Jim taught the real estate program (5 accredited courses) at Olympic College for 8 years prior to having a 28 year career as a Federal Real Estate Specialist. Having a full scope of real estate and instructional experience, Jim is pleased to bring his knowledge and passion for real estate into the classroom to train others in the profession.
Peggy is an Idaho state certified Real Estate Instructor and has been in the Idaho real estate business since 1983 as a salesperson, broker and real estate instructor- creating a unique insight into what it takes to make it in the real estate business that few others can. Peggy is a licensed Idaho real estate Associate Broker and has earned the GRI (Graduate REALTORS® Institute) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. Peggy has also administered and instructed learning programs for real estate brokerages, the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS® and the Idaho Association of REALTORS®.
Currently an attorney in Idaho Falls, Steve was a designated broker of a large office for a decade and teaches new agent, broker and continuing education courses. He holds a law degree from the University of Utah and practices in both state and federal courts in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate and commercial law.
